Pricing

Simple, Honest Pricing

Every home is different, and every mess is different. We believe pricing should reflect the work your home actually needs, without confusing packages or surprise expectations.

Routine Cleaning

Routine cleaning is billed at $30 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum. Standard cleaning products, tools, and equipment are included so you don't have to worry about having cleaning chemicals or even a working vacuum.

Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out & Specialized Cleaning

These services may require an estimate depending on the size and condition of the home and the amount of work involved. Did we mention it's a totally FREE estimate with absolutely no judgment!

Extreme Clutter & Cleanouts

Large, overwhelming, or heavily cluttered spaces require a personalized non judgmental estimate. Pricing is based on the scope of the project and the estimated time needed to complete the work.

Why Do Some Jobs Require an Estimate?

Some messes simply can't be priced accurately from a service menu, and we'd rather give you an honest estimate than guess.

Things like the size of the space, current condition, amount of clutter, type of cleaning needed, and estimated time involved can make one project very different from another.

Our estimates are FREE and judgment-free. They're simply our way of understanding what you're dealing with, what you'd like to accomplish, and what it will realistically take to get you there.

No pressure. No embarrassment. Just a plan.
